Coaching Services

To me, coaching is a powerful tool to enable behavioural and mindset change that generates high performance in a sustainable way. The sustainability comes from self-awareness, choice and authenticity.

Positive Intelligence

What is Positive Intelligence?

Stanford lecturer, C-suite advisor and former CEO of the world’s largest coach training organization, Shirzad Chamine defines positive intelligence as the ability to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset.

Individual Coaching

What is Coaching?

The International Coach Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

The person being coached is empowered to make choices that align with their values and objectives. Most of the times such values and objectives are clarified during the coaching process, which makes the change smooth and durable.

What can you expect?

  • Clearly define and curiously explore your goals, using tools such as the “Wheel of life” and “The best written novel”

  • Broaden your awareness on personal strengths and limiting beliefs that interfere with your potential and performance

  • Be both challenged and supported, in a non-judgmental way, to explore all possible outcomes and choose the most authentic way of reaching your goals

  • Use the insights into swift action and behavioral change

Operational Performance Optimization

In many organizations, leaders and managers are still using the classical approach to optimization and performance management: analyzing the status-quo (either independently or with a consulting firm), building a strategy based on the conclusions and then cascading it down to the teams. The result is usually suboptimal, as the employees are not engaged and not performing at their fullest potential.

What to expect?

  • Engagement of the entire leadership team and SMEs in the root cause analysis of current challenges, using SWOT and Fishbone diagram

  • Facilitated brainstorming session using the Positive Intelligence methodology

  • Coaching-based approach to identify the best strategies going-forward, clear ownership and success measurement

  • Agile implementation and continuous improvement, using gamification principles as way of engagement and out-of-the-box thinking
